Just made this purse for an order.

My first cat prints! Very cute!

Trying my new bag idea

This is a drop shaped bag I just made as a test piece.

It looks very simple and plain from this angle.

I wanted to make it as a messenger type bag, but this size may be better as a shoulder bag with two handles.

Yes, it looks nicer with two handles.

I wanted to make this bag with an anti theft function

so this zipper opening is

connected to the inside of this inner zipper pocket.

The other side has 2 gathered pockets.

The bag opens both way with this YKK zipper, and it has a hidden side pocket between the front flap and the centre wall.

I made the top of the back flap into a small pocket, thinking it would be handy for a smartphone,

but since I made the back side with an anti theft function, the pocket became really shallow, and it became too small for anything.

Bad idea.

I need to think weather to keep anti theft function or make it without it.

Left handed? purse

Just made this purse for an order.

The customer has requested to have the purse made for Left handed? way.

I'm right handed so I don't really know if this really is for left handed,

but she has seen the one I made long time ago, and requested the one made in the same way.

card case is the same,

but the zipper opens the other way.

Actually, some right handed people prefer this way too.

I just like the zipper to open the other way.

A card pocket with the window facing the other way.

And the note pocket opening the other way.

Feels awkward to me so this must suit the left handed...

Hand stitched purses that hold a lot of point cards

Just made few of my unique purses, and added 2 into my Etsy shop.

These three are in my Creema shop,

and the following 2 are in my Etsy shop.

The stitch design for all these purses are hand stitched and can not be duplicated.

This is the Sashiko design one.

The sashiko pattern is called "hishimoyou".

Loving hand stitching

This is the requested purse I just finished making.

I had been busy making these purses with printed fabric

and didn't have time to do what I really wanted to do.

Now I have finished most of my orders

and I had an inspiration last night,

I had been playing with stitches and came up with these two designs.

I am now having fun choosing matching fabrics!
