Camera filter case

Just made this case for my husband.
Made it out of the cow leather which I had acquired recently.

It has a tab at the back so he can attach it to a strap of his bag if he wants.

This is the inside of the case.
I've used the slippery dress fabric so it won't scratch the lens.
I think it is better to use the microfiber fabric but they become quite expensive if you are picky about the colour like my husband....

There are four dividers which are colour coded.
All except the interior are hand stitched.
Very very painful for my fragile fingers. ; )

Gorgeous French linen carry boxes

Just finished making this beautiful sewing (carry) box for the Bazaar!
This gorgeous fabric is from France.

This is the second one, and the floral fabric is also French linen.

Ipad mini case with a simple design

Just made this ipad mini case for my mother in law.
She used to like a very funky design like desigual,
but when I talked to her on Facetime recently, she was wearing a simple grey jumper.
So I came up with this simple design hoping she would like it.

Centre zipper tote bag with cat and a girl

Just finished making this requested bag.
This is the second one I made of this shape and print.
First one did not have interfacing and so it was very soft,
but this time I put batting outside and a thick interfacing on the base of the bag.

This is the back side with a zipper pocket.

The centre zipper goes down few cm and will open quite wide.
It opens both ways.

The two side pockets closes with magnetic hock and one pocket has a small pocket inside.

The handle is made wide and has batting inside so it is very soft on your shoulder.

4 way back pack shoulder bag

Just made this back pack shoulder bag!
I've appliqued yellow Italian linen and added stitches to illustrate flower spirit.
But it can be anything.
If you see a hand sprinkling salt, or a shower head,
that is fine by me, as long as it's something!
I just love playing with bits and pieces of fabric like this.

With this bag, I have hand stitched a leather zipper pocket, my first challenge!
It came out great!

The back side is like this with one zipper pocket and one small pocket.
Both leather parts are hand stitched.

There are 2 side pockets deep enough for your water bottle.

The bottom is also leather with two pins.

The bag will open with this wide zipper.

It is 35cm zipper so it will open wide like this and is very easy to see what's inside.
It has one pocket inside.

You can use the short strap on the top to use as a tote,
or

Use it as a shoulder bag,
or

Extend 2 straps to use it like a messenger bag,
or

Pull two straps from sides to use it as a back pack!
You can adjust the strap length to achieve perfect fit!

2nd round boston bag

Just made this 2nd one in purple.

The cross stitched rose was given to me from my mother.
She didn't have any use for it so she gave it to me.
I matched it with this beautiful french linen rose print.

the back side is all french linen rose print.
Just love this fabric.

The centre zipper comes down quite low, hence open quite wide.

I've hand stitched this leather handle.
I've used a new technique which is more like machine stitching.
It's much quicker and easier to stitch, and outcome is quite good.

I've used this same leather for the bottom.

There are 2 whole size pockets on both side of the centre zipper compartment.

Inside zipper compartment are 2 pockets and one zipper pocket.

New round boston bag

Just finished making this new design bag.
It was requested by my customer.
At first I wasn't sure if I can make it, but it turned out great!

This is the first test piece before I move onto the request.
I've used the Alice print and a french linen.

The back side is very simple.

The centre zipper can open both ways, and both sides are whole size pockets.

There are one zipper pocket and 2 pockets inside.

I've hand stitched this leather handle.
It is the most time consuming job of all.
